How to use CAMS?

Buttons and GUI Specification:-
CAMS is Developed with an attractive user interface and many vital functionalities that can be useful especially for the company holders. Main specifications and the GUI interfaces are described below.
  • This is the main Graphical User Interface (GUI) of CAMS.
  • CAMS provide both regular and interactive image buttons for users of this software package.
  • So it is really easy to navigate through menus efficiently.

  1. CAMS Login Page

This page is the first page that you would see when you are loading the CAMS software package. Before you can interact with the software you have to login first. You cannot use CAMS without login to it.

CAMS provide 3 access levels for the security reasons.
  • Administrator:
Administrator has an unrestricted access to the CAMS. Administrators can insert, delete, update details in the database and also he can assign new users or delete users as he wish.
  • Power User:
This user has rights to access many features of CAMS. But he has some restricted administrative privileges. Ex: - Power users can not insert or modify users.
  • Data Entry Operator:
This user doesn’t have rights to access the many features of the CAMS package. This is the level which has minimum privileges of this software. Data entry operator is only allowed to insert data into the system.

What is Customer Account Management System (CAMS)?


  • CAMS is a java web based automation system which was designed and developed for the “LA KEKULU” project of the Ceylinco Grameen Company.

  • CAMS mainly Consists of Member Registration system and Till Management system of the “La kekulu” of Ceylinco Grameen Company.
Objectives

  • To automate the prevailing manual system of La Kekulu project.
  • To handle data accurately and efficiently using a well Maintained database.
  • To generate reports to the company staff.
  • To provide a secure system with different User access levels.
  • To speed up the service provided.
